In mid 2009 I decided
to quit advertising in London and go back to university.
In Australia. By February 2010 I was enrolled full-time at Queensland University of Technology as a professional doctoral research student. To my great surprise I did pretty well. I passed the theory heavy first year and managed to get my research topic approved by the university. They took a little convincing, my research focuses on the future economic, nutritional and sustainable benefits of eating insects, or Entomophagy as the consumption of bugs is properly known. After successfully completing the first year I moved to Sydney to work full-time and study part-time. Below is a brief description of my project and academic goals.
